Control System
The cabinet is made of SUS-304 stainless steel. All electrical components are from domestic brands. The fan, conveyor belt, and vibration system are controlled by frequency converters. An emergency stop button is included, making operation more user-friendly, efficient, and safe.
The PLC control system is simple and easy to use. It memorizes different product processing techniques, enabling "one-click operation" of production tasks.
Evaporator
Utilizing aluminum tubes, aluminum fins, and a stainless steel frame, it employs an expansion tube process and variable fin spacing arrangement, resulting in highly efficient heat exchange and allowing for long-term continuous operation. The fins use imported spiral corrugated fins; the airflow through the evaporator forms a spiral pattern, enhancing airflow turbulence and improving heat exchange efficiency. A uniformly distributed defrosting device is located at the top, ensuring no frost, ice, or water residue remains on the coils and fins after defrosting.
Fan
An axial flow fan is used. A special air guide device enables a hot-wave blowing method, increasing efficiency by 20%~30% compared to ordinary cooling methods. The airflow speed can be adjusted via the air guide device to adapt to various product processing needs.
The insulation panels
are manufactured using advanced foreign technology. Computerized batching ensures a foam density exceeding 42kg/m³, providing excellent thermal insulation, corrosion resistance, and minimal staining, while also offering a pleasing appearance.
