Application Scope
The XH-13 fluidized bed freezer is widely applicable to the quick-freezing of fruits and vegetables such as spinach, chives, broccoli, yellow peaches, taro, and strawberries.
Evaporator
Utilizing aluminum tubes, aluminum fins, and a stainless steel frame, it employs an expansion tube process and variable fin spacing arrangement for highly efficient heat exchange and long-term continuous operation. The fins use imported spiral corrugated fins; the airflow through the evaporator forms a spiral pattern, enhancing turbulence and improving heat exchange. A uniformly distributed defrosting device is located at the top, ensuring no frost, ice, or water residue remains on the coils and fins after defrosting.
Air Chambers
The freezer is divided into two air chambers at the junction of the pre-cooling and quick-freezing conveyor belts. In the pre-cooling section, the product has higher humidity and is less easily moved by the airflow, while in the quick-freezing section, high-pressure cold air can pass smoothly through the product, preventing unequal-frozen products from being blown from the quick-freezing section to the pre-cooling section.
Control System
The cabinet is made of SUS-304 stainless steel. All electrical components are from domestic brands. The fan, conveyor belt, and pulse system are frequency converter controlled, and an emergency stop button ensures more user-friendly, efficient, and safe operation.
The PLC control system is simple to operate and easy to use. It memorizes different product processing techniques, enabling "one-click" production task execution.
Pulse Air Pressure
Equipped with pre-cooling and pulse air pressure systems, it ensures that products remain in a fluid state throughout the quick-freezing process, effectively preventing product sticking and clumping.
Fan
Uses a high-pressure centrifugal fan for stable and efficient operation. The impeller is made of stainless steel, making it waterproof, corrosion-resistant, moisture-proof, and low-temperature resistant.
Panel
Utilizes advanced foreign production technology. Computerized batching ensures a foam density exceeding 42kg/m³, providing excellent insulation, corrosion resistance, and minimal staining, resulting in a pleasing appearance.
Conveyor Belt
The quick-freezing machine conveyor belt can be single-section or two-section. Depending on the product's characteristics and required quick-freezing time, the conveyor belt's speed can be adjusted using frequency conversion.
