Evaporator
Utilizing aluminum tubes, aluminum fins, and a stainless steel frame, employing an expansion tube process and variable fin spacing arrangement, it achieves high heat exchange efficiency and can operate continuously for extended periods. The fins use imported spiral corrugated fins; the airflow through the evaporator forms a spiral pattern, enhancing turbulence and improving heat exchange. A uniformly distributed defrosting device is located at the top, ensuring no frost, ice, or water residue remains on the coils and fins after defrosting.
Control System
The cabinet is constructed of SUS-304 stainless steel. Electrical components are all from domestic brands. The fan, conveyor belt, and pulse jet are frequency converter controlled, and an emergency stop button is provided for more user-friendly, efficient, and safe operation.
The PLC control system is simple to operate and convenient to use, memorizing different product processing techniques for "one-click" production task execution.
Fan
Equipped with a high-pressure centrifugal fan, ensuring stable and efficient operation. The impeller is made of stainless steel, waterproof, corrosion-resistant, moisture-proof, and low-temperature resistant.
Panel
Utilizing advanced foreign production technology. Computerized batching ensures that the foam density exceeds 42kg/m3, providing excellent thermal insulation, corrosion resistance, and minimal residue, while also enhancing aesthetics.
