Equipment Description The air classifier's plates and pipes are all made of SUS-304 stainless steel. The machine uses a high-power centrifugal fan to blow the product upwards. Under gravity, heavier impurities such as mud and sand fall into the bottom collection chamber, while lighter impurities such as hair and dander are blown into the top collection chamber. The air-classified product falls into the hopper and is conveyed to the next processing stage. An observation window is installed on the side of the machine, allowing adjustment of the centrifugal fan speed according to the blowing conditions of different materials within the air classifier chamber, thereby regulating the airflow and ensuring thorough air separation of the product, preparing it for subsequent cleaning.

Dirt and other impurities fall onto a lower conveyor and are then transported to an external waste collection device. It features a V-shaped conveyor belt that centrally transports the product forward, ensuring it is conveyed at a 90° angle to the cutter head. The high-speed rotating blade then cuts the product into its desired shape as it passes through the conveyor belt's inlet. The machine is equipped with a frequency converter, allowing for adjustable conveyor speed and blade rotation speed. This enables it to meet the cutting requirements of products of different sizes.
