Equipment Description
The rotary drum cleaning machine uses SUS-304 stainless steel for both its sheet metal and piping. Equipped with a circulating water tank and a high-power foaming device, the product falls into the drum and is propelled forward by the auger inside. During this forward movement, the side force blows the product into contact with the drum's reinforcing bars, causing impurities and other foreign objects to leak through the gaps in the bars and be blown into the circulating filtration tank. The impurities are filtered out, and clean water continues to be pumped into the tank, achieving water and energy savings. The tank features large-radius rounded corners for easy cleaning and to prevent sediment residue.

Equipment Description
The surf cleaning machine's plates and pipes are all made of SUS-304 stainless steel. Products falling into the machine are propelled forward by the airflow and float on the water's surface. A bubble-forming device at the bottom of the tank ensures the products tumble and float freely. A steel filter at the outlet allows root vegetables to slide to the next stage, while impurities and other floating debris remain in the filter and are flushed down into the lower circulating water tank by the spray. Impurities are filtered out, and clean water continues to flow into the tank, saving water energy. The tank features large-radius rounded corners for easy cleaning and to prevent sediment residue.
