Scope of application

This machine is suitable for alkaline leaching of products such as peaches and apricots that require peeling.

Equipment Description

The alkali leaching machine uses SUS-304 stainless steel for both its plates and pipes. It employs frequency conversion speed control, allowing for speed adjustment based on the processing requirements. All bearings, sprockets, and chains are made of stainless steel, significantly reducing daily maintenance. The machine features a fully enclosed structure, preventing alkali solution from dripping onto the workshop floor during processing. A water seal tank at the top prevents gas leakage. The circulating alkali tank uses multi-stage filtration, increasing the usability of the alkali solution and saving costs. The alkali leaching tank uses a waterfall-style leaching method, ensuring uniform contact of the product with the alkali solution and improving the peeling effect.

The roller peeling machine uses SUS-304 stainless steel for both its sheet metal and tubing. It employs frequency conversion speed control, allowing for speed adjustment based on the processing requirements. All bearings, sprockets, and chains are made of stainless steel, significantly reducing daily maintenance. Stainless steel drip trays are located at the bottom and sides of the roller, preventing alkali solution from dripping onto the workshop floor during processing. During roller rotation, debris and alkali solution flow through the roller's perforations into the drip trays, where they are collected and discharged into the wastewater pipes.
